Pre-Move Survey process
On the day scheduled for the assessment, our sales representative will survey your household goods, will explain to you the packing & moving process, will discuss the customs regulations of the destination country with you, and will explain the procedures and coverages of our insurance policy. As a result of this process, you will agree an estimated move date, and in a matter of 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a quote for a door-to-door residential move.
Packing Service
Our packing crew will be at your residence at the agreed date & time, with adequate packing material and equipment, from that point on, the only thing we will require from you is to sit and relax while we do all the work.

- There are differences between weight and volume charges, for example, in the United States and Canada, charges are per weight, but in Europe charges are based on volume. This means a shipment can be small (few volume), but it can be heavy at the same time (if you are shipping books, for instance).
- Insurance charges will depend on the declared value. Please note we highly recommend our customers to declare the reposition value for their belongings at the country of destination.
